Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Switzerland via Swiss Post. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are free.

Returns & Exchanges
We only return or replace items if they are defective. If your item is defective, please contact us at contact@natureast.com.au within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Original payment method will be used.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, while deliveries to remote areas may take up to 20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
